Stu Rogers is Vice President of Procurement Development at Liberty Blume, with over 20 years’ experience spanning procurement, finance, corporate development, and transformation.

Drawing on a varied background across both professional services and industry, Stu brings a pragmatic, end-to-end perspective to transformation—connecting strategy with delivery and keeping a strong focus on what works in practice. He has led major transformation initiatives across Finance, M&A, and Procurement, and now focuses on shaping procurement strategy, digital transformation, and capability development at Liberty Blume.

Stu is particularly passionate about building high-performing teams, developing long-term capability, and helping organisations unlock greater strategic value from their procurement functions—while keeping the conversation grounded in real-world outcomes.
He is a regular speaker at industry events and conferences, where he shares practical insights on optimisation, capability building, and the evolving role of business services. Outside of work, he enjoys sport, coaching, and following Leeds United.
