Ian brings more than 30 years experience of leading the delivery of transformational growth in large corporates, mid-market PE-backed firms and start-ups.
He started his career in computer programming, following a first class degree in Chemical Engineering, and since then has focused on harnessing the latest in technology capabilities for the benefit of businesses and their customers.
Before joining the Blume team, he held leadership roles in McKinsey, Accenture, Lloyds Banking Group, Virgin Money and most recently served as CEO of TopSource Worldwide.
Outside work Ian enjoys dinner with friends, the cinema, kitesurfing and tennis.
